I once came across an item on the menu of a NJ Chinese restaurant:
Fried Kitten Ears
I bet it tastes just like chicken.
I love it, “cowboy” meaning “a young male cow.” Now this is a direct translation.
Cowboy meat? Sounds tough and stringy to me.
I’m interested in the notion of bamboo tripe. Does this portend vegan bacon?
