I have tried desperately, for the whole afternoon, to order a book, Jack Vance’s *The Planet of Adventures* but I can’t fight with your bloody computer any more.

The problem SEEMS to me to be that I was not sure whether I used my favorite password when I tried to sign in some years ago. So your steam-electric brain does NOT accept me either as an old or a new customer.

I suggest that you clean ALL my data from your files, inform me BY A HUMANHAND that you have done so. THEN I will start again.

I am 78 years old MS-DOS programmer. I HATE this so called “User Friendly” Windows. I can’t and won’t learn it more than is necessary for mail and bank affairs.
