My best-selling book of all time, Hardwired, is now on sale for a mere 99 cents. Feel free to pick it up at Amazon, iBooks, Google Play, Smashwords, Barnes & Noble, and Kobo.
I’ve never put Hardwired on sale because it’s always sold so well at the ordinary price. But then I reflected that more of my readers started with Hardwired than anything else. It’s always been a sort of gateway drug into my other fiction. So I should probably open the gateway by putting it on sale, and a hope a lot of people enter to view my other works.
So . . . ready for your first taste? It’s not exactly free, but it’s the next best thing.

Ack, dollar books are my weakness
I have owned several copies of Hardwired, partly because I read my first two paperback copies literally to death. I bought other copies to give away to the deserving. 🙂 Because it is a book that grabs people.
And that Zelazny blurb still gets me right in the feels.
I always pick up any unloved copies in used book stores. Then I give them to unsuspecting victims.
“Here. Read this book. It won’t hurt you.” (mad laughter)
I just reread it. Great book. Poetry. I wish you would write a book with Alastair Reynolds. I bet that would be amazing.
