Pretty nice! I might reduce the font size just a hair, so that there’s a little more margin around the lettering.

Similar to PhilRM, I would raise “GATE” so it associates better with “THE BOOLIAN” and less with the graphic. Well-balanced otherwise. Font and color are good choices to go with that graphic. Love the graphic.

The overlay on Tesla’s face seems a might heavy and obscuring to me. Wouldn’t take much, but maybe increase transparency just a little?
