Slammed

I haven’t been posting here much, or posting anywhere really. I’ve been just a little bit slammed.
I’m writing Quillifer the Knight. I’m working on Taos Toolbox. I’m doing my taxes, and going cross-eyed looking at all the little receipts that made sense months ago, but don’t now, and looking for the little receipts that I know I once had, but don’t seem to have at present. And I got hit with the copy-edit for The Accidental War.
Plus I have, y’know, a life. Which I recommend to those of you who may not have one.
But the copy-edit is now done. Yay! And I should have the taxes ready for the accountant within a day or two. Yay! Yay! Which should leave more time for (a) that “life” thing, (b) hanging around online, and (c) video games.
But by then I’ll probably get slammed by something else.

Sounds like a classic example of the old saw: “Life. It’s what happens while you are making other plans.”

Any rough guess on when either of those books will be out? And is “The Accidental War” the next Dread Empire’s Fall novel??
“Accidental War,” which is the next Praxis book, will be out the first week of September, 2018.
Quillifer II should arrive sometime in autumn 2019.
