Looks good! I actually found Hatch chilis in my local Maryland grocery store a few months ago and was thrilled to be able to buy them. I used to have a neighbor in Texas who would bring back grocery sacks full of chilis when they traveled to New Mexico to visit family.
Maryland is a nice place to live except for the scarcity of good chili peppers.
Heck yeah, love soup.
An a totally different note, I’m having a heck of a time parsing your email address on the Contact Me page. I blame my 50% bot heritage on my father’s side. I’ve tried wj@, jj@, wjw@, all return with “address not found”
