Hella Week
So Barnes & Noble finally got around to putting the Investments paperback on sale, and here’s your link.
Otherwise, it’s been a hella week. The Accidental War dropped on Tuesday. I sent Quillifer the Knight to the publisher at 1am Friday morning. I opened a bottle of champagne afterwards, but discovered it had turned to sparkling vinegar. I didn’t even know that was possible.
Thursday I gave a one-hour interview to the Geek’s Guide to the Galaxy podcast (which will be broadcast later). Saturday I had a signing at a local bookstore, and sold more books than I thought I would.
I’ve also started physical therapy for an inflamed piriformis— that’s butt muscle to you— plus continued martial arts classes— otherwise known as piriformis-inflaming exercise.
So next week I’m going on vacation for ten or twelve days. I won’t say where, except that I might just go fishing while I’m there. Only it’s more likely I’ll just think about fishing, and then not do it.
